Small House Renovation

In the summer of 2012, Clarence asked us to undertake an interresting challenge. The basement was leaking. With the help of a few key people, we first straightened out the foundation and applied a rubber skirt and installed weeping tiles. We cut out more windows. We braced the main house beam with a steel u-channel. After securing the house, we constructed all the necessary false-walls, insulated them, and covered them with gyprock. We installed the kitchen cabinets, with all of the necessary plumbing for kitchen, laundry and bathroom.

     The next summer, with the help of Ken and Stan, we finished the outside of the house.
