Remodeling of the
Neilburg Hotel

In 2009, we were asked to remodel a small-town hotel. He asked us to convert the living quarters into a restaurant. It required some structural modification (lifting of the floor).

Other work done but not shown in the photos was redecorating the bar, renovating the kitchen, office and back entrance, construction of a second bathroom, and minor mechanical repairs in the basement.

The wood used in the redecorating of the restaurant and the bar was supplied by us. They were locally (near Ridgedale) milled poplar boards.
